Functions Assistant - To assist the Functions Coordinators with the finishing touches to the set-up and running of the private hire functions and weddings at Barley Hall. Setting-up for functions and weddings. For example dressing the Hall with flowers. Assisting with the running of functions and weddings. For example assisting greeting guests, and serving drinks. Student Event Co-ordinator: We are looking for organised and enthusiastic students to lead a volunteer group to run fundraising events at York St Johns university campus throughout the academic year. As a group you will plan and run events from start to finish with support from the local fundraising office. One event we are keen to have organised is a Swishing event – save money, save the planet, have a party and raise money for charity! (And get a new wardrobe!)
