Sports Clubs
Welcome to the sport information page here at York St John. The students’ union currently operates many student sports clubs that work in partnership with the university and its students. The Union’s aim is to provide sporting opportunity for any student who wishes to take part in a sport, whether it is as a recreation, to make friends or to play competitively. From Rugby to Hockey or tennis to cricket, there is an equal chance for any student to get involved and enhance their sporting experience.
York St John thrives on its student opportunities and is proud to boast a range of successful sports teams with at the same time only being a very small institute compared to others. Why not sign up to something today and be a part of all the activity.

Have a look at our list of sports clubs to see if there's something that interests you. If you don't see something listed why not consider creating your own sports club? Pop in to the students union or the Holgate Office and speak to a member of staff to find out more.
