Community issues/surveys/leaflet drops
Control room - call back to victims
Media support
Facebook/Twitter updates
Safer Neighbourhood Support
Front Counter
Vehicle maintenance/fleet support
The list is endless!
We do not set hours of work or hours to work we just expect regular help and for the volunteers to be reliable, if for some reason you can't work just ring in not simply just don’t turn up.
It is a very rewarding role and gives good life skills, you will join the police family and become part of a close knit team. If you are interested just email me and I will pass on your details to Sharon.

We are currently recruiting for volunteers to take part in a drama
piece which will be performed live to patients at York’s Hospital, the
Retreat Hospital and at Volunteers week.
Volunteer Roles include:
· Male and Female Performers
· Events Managers
· Costume and Set designers
Rehearsals will run 5-7pm on Thurs 22nd April, Thurs 6th May, Thurs 13th
May, Thurs 20th May and Thurs 27th May. The Project will run from
Miller’s Yard on Gillygate. Click here for more info.
